this is my favorite mechanic in Gainesville. the staff is wonderful and polite, very knowledgeable and eager to help. They never try to upsell me on things I don't need, and they even adjusted my serpentine belt for free once. Thank y'all so much! EDITED to add Ethan was the employee I dealt with today and he was really nice, helping to make a stressful situation that much better ❤️

My car had a mishap while at Billy’s where somebody had cracked my window. Billy took care of the issue out of pocket. He towed it for me there and back, after replacing the glass. It’s looking good as new! It’s unfortunate when things like this happen but it’s nice to know people still care. I would recommend Billy’s, he’s a good guy and will make it right🤘🏻Thank you for solving this issue for me

Big shoutout to Nick for helping me when I was having trouble with my car battery. He was so kind and attentive, especially since this was the first time I've experienced any issues with my car since I've had it. So grateful that Billy's Auto Repair & Towing was very responsive and that Nick was able to arrive within a timely manner. So awesome.

I’m so grateful for having found Billy’s Auto Repair & Towing in a moment of despair. I called them because our daughter’s vehicle died in a very dangerous and narrow road and it was blocking part of it. As soon as I called them without hesitation they told me they were going to take care of me ASAP. Before I knew it the tow truck showed up and in a matter of like 2 minutes he was already hauling the vehicle to the shop. Right away Ethan started communicating with me via phone keeping me posted and continued doing so throughout the entire service, which took about 48 hours total.
