They are definitely a great place to have my car worked on. Excellent staff to work with. I’ve recommended them to my friends. Very reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable and they get you out In a timely manner.

My daughter's AC was working on and off the day before she was supposed to drive back to school in Kentucky. She was also having trouble connecting her phone via bluetooth. Ehy does this stuff happen at the worst posdjble times? I called John who asked us to bring it in right away to see what they could do to get her on the road. He ran his diagnostics and found she needed a new head unit which was covered by our extended warranty (thank you Carmax). They also replaced something for the AC (sorry, it's been a few weeks & I don't remember the name of the part). They had to keep it an extra day which was completely understandable. He went above and beyond to call into BMW to get her navigation maps downloaded with no time to spare. It took us 30 minutes to get to the shop and he had driven

We’ve been taking our BMW’s here for over sixteen years and always get great service. No tricky dilemmas. Just honest appraisals at a fair price. One time I thought I could get a better deal elsewhere. Boy was I wrong. 🫣🙂. Which more businesses were like this

I have been coming here for at least 10 years on the advice of my brother, who has been coming here much longer- he has had BMWs longer than I have. Alain, Jean, and Roy are friendly, honest, very knowledgeable, and helpful. I trust them completely- they always answer my questions and explain things to me- they tell me if I need something done now or if I can wait. They have never steered me wrong. Their prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. Their mechanics are also excellent. I live 40+ miles away, but I would not go anywhere else. I even make the trip here to change the oil in my car. When I have had problems with my car, I had it towed here twice. They even wash my car after the service- SUPER! The team here are very professional and excellent- Need I say more?

I recently brought in my 228 to have the grill fixed after it had cracked from me driving through these rough Houston streets. Alain took great care of me. I received great customer service and he was very honest through out the process. Pricing was reasonable. He explained and went over everything with me. His estimation of when the part would be in was accurate and he called me right away to get me in. I appreciated that. I was in his shop 3 times and each time he remembered me by name. I appreciated that as well. Bimmer Workshop will definitely be my shop of choice for my BMW (at least for whats not covered under my warranty with BMW). I highly recommend.
