Bimmers has taken great care of me over the past 8 years! Don and his team are always friendly and knowledgeable. The office and service area are clean and organized. The service techs are excellent in what they do. I even had my mother and mother in law take their BMW/Mini to them for service over the years. I highly recommend Bimmers! Much better than the dealership experience. They will always be my go to!
The team at Bimmers Decatur were amazing. Shoana, who I spoke with in their showcase room, explained the issues I had with my BMW thoroughly and left me feeling with 100% confident. Their rates were reasonable and their service was excellent! I will definitely recommend family and friends with BMWs to take their vehicle to Bimmers.
This was my 1st visit with Bimmer’s and let me start by saying it was a great one! Customer Service was top notch. My wait was very pleasant as the waiting area was spotless and comfortable.
Very knowledgeable. The owner has worked on and serviced every BMW I have owned during the last 20yrs. He has saved me tens of thousands in repair cost. Its very important to have a mechanic you can trust. Dependable, honest and does great work is a hard to find combo in the Atlanta metro area.
My son has been using this shop since he purchased a used 2006 BMW 330XI. I was totally against this purchase he made due to owning previous BMW vehicles, and understanding the cost of maintaining these vehicles. Fast forward he has been getting his routine maintenance done here with no problems. Recently before this past Christmas he experienced a coolant leak and had to get vehicle towed here. Upon there inspection it was a few things that was causing this leak as well as some other issues they recommended him getting fixed. My son being 19 and not understanding how business works hastily approved them to do all this work however his plan to pay to get the car out fell through. So now the car is just sitting at this repair shop… my son stop communicating with them. Konrad professionally
