Deeply disappointment and concerned with the ethics of this company. As customers, we place our trust in well-known HVAC companies like yours, expecting fair treatment and honest service. Unfortunately, my wife and I experienced the opposite on our recent service visit when our AC compressor started making funky sounds. Not only did we feel taken advantage of through blatant price gouging, but we were also provided with incorrect information to pressure us into unnecessary expenses. Thank God I called a rival (smaller) HVAC company who was more honest and literally provided me proof (see photo) that our coolant was in adequate range. If I could give the company zero stars I would. We called Binsky to service our HVAC system and someone came in to do some work. By the next day my HVAC system stopped working. We called them again and they came the next morning. The technician said there was a leak. We didn't have a leak before he came and all of a sudden there is a leak. He argued our system was old and it was a hot day hence the reason why we have the leak. The HVAC has been functional for many years before Binsky stepped on the scene. We were asked us to pay extra to get it fixed and they would't take ownership for their error. This is very disappointing. You go to a company for quality and professionalism and all you get is incompetence. Spoke to the service manager and he wasn't exactly helpful :(

Seems like a very disorganized organization that does not respect peoples time and only cares about money. We bought a property which had the A/C unit and furnace installed by Binsky. We did some renovation and needed to reroute some of the air ducts. I called them and they made an appointment. On my appointment date I took half a day off to be home when their technician shows up for my appointment. No one showed up so I called them and they said “oh our technicians are all booked today!!!” I explained that this should’ve been checked before the appointment was made. They said sorry and sent someone to my place. The technician was professional but I never received their estimate. I followed up 3 times during a two week period but never received it. When I called for a clogged drain they were at my house within 12 hours. Bruno the technician was polite, neat and was able to locate the clog and clean it out! I now have a plumbing company that I will turn to for this kind of work. I highly recommend Binsky due to their response time, professionalism and ability to get the job done at a reasonable rate. Thank you Ken and Bruno for your help!

Last week I hired Binsky to replace an outside and inside valve and some piping. The plumber who came and did the work, Victor Rivera, did an excellent job, and was a very pleasant fellow to get to know as well. Binsky worked with me as their original suggestion require a modification to my house that I did not want, and their solution fit the bill nicely.
