We've been very pleased with Birchwood Auto. Small family owned feeling, at prices we can afford! We tried some other car shops in the area and couldn't afford them. We decided to give Birchwood a try and we're very pleased with our first repair done there. Later on when our car broke down we knew right away we were going to have it towed to them. The repair was a big car repair and we needed some time to decide on what we wanted to do and he gave us no pressure. Told us to take our time and decide what would be the best for our family. I also appreciated that he didn't push unnecessary repairs which so many other car shops do! Jeff, Stef and team do wonderful work. Jeff’s integrity in doing the right thing is one of his greatest assets. I have been bringing my vehicles to Birchwood Auto for the last 4 years, and will likely not be going anywhere else. Very flexible and always straight forward with diagnostics.
