I was experiencing some frustrating electrical issues with one of my cars, and after speaking with their service advisors over the phone I was confident that I was making a good choice bringing my vehicle to Bird. They were able to diagnose the issue in a timely manner and make repairs, all while keeping me in the loop. I’m very thankful for the professional team and the great experience. I will certainly be back!

We took our 2015 Expedition to Bird Automotive to have some AC work done. I knew of one problem that would have been a relatively inexpensive fix. Once the team at Bird diagnosed all my problems, it turned out my ac compressor completely locked up, and I ended up replacing the majority of the AC parts, for what I felt was a reasonable cost. Some issues were run into during repair, and Justin kept us in the loop and got approval for additional parts to be replaced. At the end of the transaction, I went in expecting to pay one dollar amount, and the team at Bird surprised me by giving a discount off the quoted price. I felt the pricing for the work involved was fair, and the turnaround time for the amount of work done was great. They had the car for a total of 2.5 days from drop off to

high prices, slow turnaround and very pushy.. I am from Indiana and had my alternator go bad leaving Kansas City. Looked up repair shops near me and Bird Automotive was the nearest one with the “best reviews” I have many trucks in my fleet so I’m familiar with repair costs depending on make and model… I rushed over dropped my trailer and they got me booked right away. However they charged a diagnostic fee which is quite unnecessary since I could’ve just used my multimeter before giving them my keys but whatever. They then update me 2 hours later with the cost… being pushy for me to pay for an alternator that they would provide but it would have to be delivered in from Napa and sold for more than the price they purchased it for. I brought my daughter’s vehicle here after she bought it as it needed some repairs. It was worth the extra drive as they did an excellent job! Kou, at the desk, did a phenomenal job of communicating with me and updating me on my daughter’s vehicle repairs. Mike did a phenomenal job of explaining the repairs needed and did a great job with getting them done in a timely manner. The office and waiting area were clean and comfortable. The courtesy vehicle was very nice and a blessing to have. I loved meeting other clients who also know the people here do an outstanding job and treat everyone with respect and kindness. Went to Bird for brake service. I had initially called to get a quote and they called me back to let me know about an upcoming sale which saved me a lot of money. I had never had a service provider go out of their way to save me money. The night before drop off was easy and they got my car done quickly. Would go back again and recommend. Kou was amazing! Great customer service.
