I am so grateful for Jason and his team. This is my second time using him after being referred to him from a coworker and I have yet to find a repair shop that does what they do and how well they treat their customers! There is such a sense of relief when I bring my vehicles to him because of his knowledge, his ability to really hear out your concerns, answer your questions, and help you make the most informed decision with reasonable pricing in mind. You won’t find better!

Great customer service, very reasonable prices, if I ever need a mechanic in this area, I know where to go. Just overhearing other customer interactions, you can tell this place is ran with integrity and the customers best interest.

I appreciate Jason and the team so much I kind of wanted to give them 1 star, because they're no longer a hidden gem. It takes awhile to get in now. In all honesty though that's the only downside. They're honest and capable mechanics. Sad that that's a rarity these days, especially given what I hear from friends about most Rochester places.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and take care of everything. The service is exceptional. The prices are very good as well. I live in Rochester and I needed my timing belt replaced and its a more lengthy (and costly) repair, and the price they quoted me was far better than anything I could have found here. They did a thorough inspection. Zero pressure for “extra repairs”. I honestly wish I would have known about them sooner. It’s hard to fine an auto shop that you can really trust, and I feel so fortunate now that I have one. Thank you Birds Auto!

I had our Equinox towed to Birds Auto knowing that it needed a motor replacement. I talked to Jason on the phone a couple times, and he gave me his professional opinion on Jasper vs. GM motors. We decided Jasper was a better option due to GM not fixing their problems with that motor and Jasper making it a better engine. The motor was delivered ahead of schedule, and they got the car done and back to us a couple weeks before I thought we would see it. Professional, knowledgeable, experienced mechanics, and honest. These guys are a team I highly recommend!
