My wife’s car was said to be ready after having it for over 12 months for an oil leak they never repaired. I was told many times that they were going to work it into the rotation in the course of the time they had it just for it not to actually get done. Fast forward to finally throwing my hands up and getting my vehicle back. I asked the manager of the service department to at least make sure my wife’s vehicle was in the same condition I brought it to him in over 12 months ago.
