BUY HERE! Had a great sales experience with James at Birmingham Broker! Purchased vehicle site unseen, and from out of state. The website had plenty of pictures, James communicated well and was responsive when answering questions I had. He even sent me some video when I asked. I was a little nervous during the process, but had zero pressure and felt like it was all just right. When we arrived after we already purchased I was super impressed that the van was so clean, ran great, was ready for pic up. The crew on duty that day took good care of us and even assisted in helping us get our rental returned a few blocks away. The facility was hands down TOP NOTCH too! Had a really good experience buying a car at Birmingham Brokers. They were professional, the car I test drove and bought was detailed impeccably and the payment process was quick and easy. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed the drive home in my BMW 740Li.

Highly recommend. We had some issues with the car after purchase as we took it to express oil by their shop and found out right after purchasing they lied about a few things with the car during the inspection so i do not recommend going there to get the car inspected. Go to their shop they recommend or one you trust but do not trust that express oil to give you a good honest inspection. Anyway BB have been extremely helpful in solving the issue. I have no complaints with them as they have been very understanding of my concerns and I am very grateful. I know a few people looking for cars and 1 looking to sell so I will be sending them their way!

Keith did an amazing job. I was looking For a luxury sedan to daily drive so i would stop putting miles on my mustang gt, so when I found the audi A3 at bham brokers, my dream audi sedan, I knew i had to see it. Within 2 1/2 hours, the car was mine, and the only reason it took 2 1/2 hours was because it took me about an hour to get there to test drive the car. Also, you have to give it to Keith, being the only person there to sell and still getting me in the same day is incredible customer service. I've purchased several cars in my lifetime already, and gotta say, if I'm looking for a car in the future, im coming back here. 10/10 (I'm also on the younger side being 24, and Keith didn't even bat an eye, which in my experience is hard to come by, and I felt more welcome than some of the deal

Bought a vehicle sight unseen, and once it arrived it was flawless, Keith was great! Handled all the transportation for us, car was shipped and arrived overnight! This was the smoothest, best car buying experience I have ever been through. I would highly recommend, and will absolutely try to do business with this company if possible with future purchases.
