A mechanic you can trust. Not only is Tim a fantastic mechanic who gets the job done right, he’s a nice person. Tim and Joy are a pleasure to work with and offer great customer service. It’s the only place I take my cars.

Tim and Joy are wonderful. I used to work on vehicles for what I call a so-called living and it’s a hard profession. Vehicles are complex, finding the right part is frustratingly difficult (and Joy excels at this) and much emotional intelligence is required (often it’s like being an oncologist as far as dropping very bad news on someone skillfully.) Bisbee Bug does all of this, *plus* Tim is one of the smartest automotive diagnosticians I’ve ever known, and I’ve known dozens in my 78 years.

Tim and Joy are amazing. Not only do they really know their stuff but they are super nice people. I am so blown away at the great customer service, expediency and friendliness. Tim fixed my car quickly even though he was very busy and the cost of the repairs were very fair. I plan on taking my car only to them in the future. Job well done!!!!!!

Great people and great service. We were traveling and broke down. The owner made the time to check out our car and was very honest with us. After checking the codes he immediately recommended we contact the dealership because he was sure it was under warranty. I can describe Bisbee Bug in three words: honesty, integrity, courteous.

Easily the best in town! Tim and Joy are easy to work with, understand the need to stay in budget, and Tim does a phenomenal job with my car every time.
