Called for a name of someone who could work on my water heater, the lady was very nice. The phone was answered right away and didn’t have to wait. Thank you so much.

Service department was fast, honest and fair. In and out one day while other places have a 3 week promise. Replaced propane regulator and furnace sail switch. Very fair price and honest. Communicated excellently Both Dave and Bob were excellent.

I very recently made a down payment and very shortly thereafter decided not to purchase the RV and contacted the dealership. I have not received a refund of the down payment and there is no legal documentation for which I agreed to forfeit my monies. I have reached out by phone and message and am awaiting further response. I will update my review further as to what happens from this point and I hope I receive my refund. If I do not receive it I will leave a very detailed review. I hope for a positive outcome. **UPDATE, the matter has been resolved and I received a refund for the down payments per the rv I decided not to buy. I appreciate the profession courtesy from Bishop RV regarding the matter and helping with quick resolve.

A wonderful duo! The lady I spoke with was so knowledgeable. We informed her that we are new to the rv/ trailer market and she gave me a bunch of pointers. Not in a punchy salesman was but she truly wanted us to know what to look for even if we didn't buy from them. A plus dealership in my book!

I bought a travel trailer there brand new. I haven’t even had it a month and the sink falls. I called them and told them about it, they said they knew a few of the models they had of my trailer had a bad batch of glue. Why would you sell a trailer knowing that might happen? I’m working out of town and can’t take it in. I have to buy everything myself and fix it now. Kind of hard to fix when you are work out in the middle of nowhere and can’t get the supplies you need. They told me what to get I traveled about 1.5 hours one way to get what I needed. The sizes of the boards they told me to get are to big. Now I have to go again and get a smaller ones. I don’t recommend buying from here.
