Bish's RV of Meridian

2016 Fleetwood Discovery I just wonna say over the years of owning a Class A motorhome I’ve been to a number of RV service Centers across the country.. and I can honestly say Bish’s RV here in Meridian, ID and Cheyenne, WY I received nothing less then exceptional First Class service in the Quality of the work to constant updating from my service Rep in both texts and emails.. quotes on price of work is what I paid.. So after paying 18k for a new to me 5th wheel from Parker he was great to deal with the sales manager wasn't and the service department manager Kevin upon delivery they knew about an hour and half prior to Parker calling me. Ive been accused of googling things and just talking out my ass. Ive had to call multiple times and been dealing with Chris at rv fix and service tech Sean they have been great to work with i haven't had my unit a week and continue to have flooding and electrical issues with many other issues

**UPDATE:** After getting hooked up to our new (to us) unit and pulling out of the lot, we quickly realized we had no brakes. We carefully got it home and, upon inspection, discovered that not only were the brakes not working, but the wheel bearings were also bad. We contacted Bish’s right away and took it in the very next day. They replaced the wheel bearings and springs (which were also bad) and repaired the brakes. We also found that the refrigerator wasn’t working, and they inspected and fixed that issue as well. Once we got the unit back home, we experienced some heavy rain while it was closed up since we weren’t using it. When we went inside, we discovered it had flooded — the carpet was soaked and the toy hauler area also had a leak. We immediately called Bish’s and took it back in

My wife and I are really enjoying using the trailer. I’ve grown up camping in trailers and this is the first one I have owned on my own. The sales team was great especially our salesmen Kevin. The added security of having RV Fix is an amazing perk of buying with Bish’s. We’ve already called once with an issue and Tony with RV Fix was a tremendous help. We don’t have any regrets with the purchase and will definitely be buying from Bish’s again.

We’ve had this rv for a month plus now and have been unable to use it, It took us almost 5 hours to come to an agreement about the purchase of the trailer we got. The sales associate was rude and sarcastic. He told us that everything had been inspected and was in working order. We had a couple of things that were supposed to be fixed before we took possession of the unit. (Didn’t happen) When we got to Bish’s for our walk through, we were told that everything was fine.(Ha) The man that came out to give us our walk through told us that there was a recall on the range and we couldn’t use it until it was fixed.of course we had to take it home and wait for parts to come in. Then we were told that they weren’t sure it was going to be covered under the recall. (Got that taken care of) We took it
