Our vehicle was sent to Biter's for repairs after a collision. It was our first time dealing with repairs through insurance and all the hassle that comes along with that. The staff here was amazing. April, the secretary explained things to me that the insurance company left me confused about. She reassured me that everything would be taken care of and they handled all the extra work. She's very knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to answer all of my million questions without any issue. Her communication is top tier, she called me right back if she ever missed a phone call from me, even when I didn't leave a voicemail!
