Awesome experience. Nick was very patient and understanding with us and answered all our questions. After being mislead into paying so much with the previous company, it was sigh of relief to find Nick. After we were well informed of all our benefits and coverages we knew that the only left to do was to join the family. The process took no more than 15mins which would’ve been less than that but we couldn’t help but share family stories because of how Nick made us feel so comfortable. Thank you again, Nick.

Nick was awesome. I was very frustrated with the process of getting new insurance but Nick made the process super fun and painless. I appreciate the customer service that was given. I must say that Nick is number one in my book. Go see Nick. BJ is ok. But Nick is the man.

I have been with State Farm for several years. Recently, I had sold one of my cars and acquired a truck that needed extensive repairs before I could drive it. Avery worked with me efficiently and cheerfully, thru several hurdles , to adapt my policy to my new circumstances. She went thru my all my policy options with me, explained them thoroughly and sent me copies to review all within an hour or so. She did all this with a smile. We needed to update and make a couple adjustments to our Auto Insurance Coverage. When I contacted Avery she got on the changes immediately and had the new documents and adjustments I requested back to me within the hour. She understood what was needed and went over the changes immediately. That type of immediate service is very rare in today’s business world. And we greatly Appreciate it and Avery’s quick attention.
