BJ's Tire Center

Worst customer service ever. You will not feel as a customer in this store, they treat you like they are doing you a favor, they will treat you as a thief, a shop lifter, I do understand that they may check your shopping cart and your receipt to make sure you have everything you paid for, but at this store employees are not even nice to customer. This morning I made a pickup and the associate not even said GOOD MORNING! So I fell like the manager must take action and make sure people feel good when shopping bj! Something is really going wrong at this specific store

Hit or miss with them picking up the phone. When you come in for services like tire rotation, it turns in to a 2 hour gig. The supervisor doesn't help his fellow employee. He has the man working by himself. Answering phones and doing the manual labor. He hides under the tire rack behind the fence. You could barely tell he's there. They need to hire better supervisor and at least one more person.

The worst tire center I've ever been at. No one tends the register. Only one person changing tires on weekends. Complained to management, nothing changed. They double book appointments and don't call when tires arrive if you have to order them. Avoid at all costs. Go to a different BJ's. This one has extremely poor management

No service, not clean, you have to go and find a shopping car from the parking lot ( 90% broken).

Extremely bad customer service. I went there with a flat tire at 7:29 and the store closes at 8:00 pm. The man there refused to help me even though I told him the car was not drivable.
