If I could give zero stars, I would. I pulled into BJ’s Tire Service Center with my youngest son in the car and two flat tires after falling victim to a massive pothole. We were clearly in distress, but instead of offering even the slightest bit of help, the employee I spoke with was flat-out rude and dismissive. He told me they were “booked for the day” and “closing soon.” It wasn't even 3:30 PM — they close at 6:00. I was then left stranded in their lot for over two hours waiting for a tow truck. During that time, I watched only two cars get serviced and saw four service bays sitting completely empty. They absolutely had the ability to help, but chose not to. That wasn’t about scheduling — it was about attitude and a complete lack of compassion. Refusing to help a parent with a child

Definitely recommend working with Rich at this location. Came for a new set of tires for my car. Learned that Rich was the only person but still got a great service with a big smile and taking time to explain all the details. Very courteous and made sure things were progressing as per the schedule.

I have been in for repairs for nails twice in the last 3 months. Rich has helped me both times and has been amazing. Quick, courteous and knowledgeable. Rich and his team are top notch. You don't see service like that often anymore. BJs has good deals on tires but I keep going back to Dedham because of Rich.

I wanted to get new tires and found a great deal on bj's during the July 4th promotion. I have a club that is 10 minutes from me but the rating/review is terrible. Although the Dedham location is 45mins away from me, it has the highest rating in the Boston area and it is true! I made appointment online during the purchase for 9.30am. Arrived exactly at 9.30am and my vehicle was taken in immediately. There were no other cars in the bay and they have about 3-4 employees in the tire center. I saw 2 employees working on my vehicle, which probably sped up the process. Took 50mins in total. No damage to rims, seems to be well balanced. Very satisfied with the service. Great Experience. Totally Recommended the Tire Center. Ordered online, tires arrived within the stated time of 2 days. Installed within 1 hour. No waste of time. Rich was very polite and professional and went above and beyond with everything during the installation process. No upselling and full transparency. Educated about different optional items with precise details and even showed the worn-out TPMS sensor. Answered all of the related questions. BJs you have got a star team member and a great team here.
