BJ's Tire Center

Tire Shop is not worth using. I purchased tires for my daughters car online based on the tire size, replacing with the exact size on the vehicle. We scheduled our appointment at 8 am on 1/31/26 and arrived at that time. We went into the tire shop and waited for an employee to show up but after approximately 20 minutes, and nobody arriving, we decided to walk over to the customer service desk and see what was going on (maybe I made a mistake somewhere). One of the employees said that someone was there and we should go back to the tire center. We did just that, however, once again nobody was there. I'm writing this review for my husband Dan Lee. I'm typing he's relaying it."Wow!! We bought and had installed 4 new tires on our car. Not only did BJ's have a great price on the basic tires we wanted, they installed them in the time frame they promised. Then Josh found out that our tire sensor was broken, but was able to beat the dealership's quote on them. I was made aware of all work to be done prior to doing it, so there was no surprises at the register. I was expecting to be bombarded with an add-on pitch but wasn't. Excellent customer service!"

BJ's Tire Center in Conshohocken Pa. has very polite and knowledgeable customer service techs! Joe is one of service technicians. Although I bothered him for more than a month about purchasing the best tires for my vehicle, he was never annoyed with my request for quotes and other Tire related questions for my 2015 Acura RDX. He repaired my flat tire on my initial visit and when I came back more than a month later he installed for new tires on my vehicle. I still felt that the Michelin tires I purchase were a little bit pricey to be coming from a large company like BJ's. I really feel like they could negotiate better deals with tire companies. Mike and his team were so great and easy to deal with! Got a great deal on tires for my Nissan Pathfinder and got to deal with kind, patient people who took care of my needs and answered ALL my questions. Mike took the time to explain the warranty for my tires and answer the questions I had about that. If you’re looking for tires - stop here. I ordered them online and went in for install. Simple process start to finish and the techs couldn’t have been better!

Arrived first thing in the morning to get propane refilled. Employee decided to change four tires before he could fill up our propane tanks. 15 minutes turned into 20 minutes. Very unprofessional, being demanding what I should do with the propane tanks. Rude and inconsiderate, chose leaving us waiting out in the cold just so he could finish a car versus taking a few minutes to fill our propane. There should also have been more workers, that surely would have helped. Decided to go right across the street to Home Depot:-) no rude no argument no unprofessionalism. I will not be going to BJs again. I'll pay the extra few bucks to not deal with the incompetent ignorant tire changer.
