BJ's Tire Center

I had appointment at 930am.to change all 4 tires. There was 1 person working at desk and also was the same person to do the car. I was told since its only him working, it would be 2 hours. I booked half day off work and now its 230pm and just got done This is ridiculous. I called and was told 30 min at 1pm. If Bj see's there is an appointment booked why is there no one scheduled to be at work! The manager should be held accountable for this. I didnt walk in. I booked appointment in advance. The guy showed me how he had back to back bookings hence it took long. But then again management should help. Ive missed an entire day of work. And no means to get back home as need car to pick kids up from school on time..and now i dont have time go see manager and file complaint. Need to go pick up f

I book an appointment to get new tires a few days ago for today. Get a call a few hours before my appointment that they are understaffed and are sorry and tell me to call the 1-800 number to get a refund. Dude are you serious? You had no one else to call customers and wait the day of which is the only day I can get my tires to tell me? There is no assistant manager or supervisor to let customers know since you just got back to office? He states he is very sorry for the inconvenience but that does absolutely nothing for me. He also claimed I should have gotten an email saying that the appointment would be cancelled but I did not receive anything, however, I did receive a CONFIRMATION email that my appointment is today! Went to the Tire Center for an 8am appointment that I booked a week in advanced. Sign on door says tire center closed since 10/31/25. Its 11/29/25. I call the store. I am told Tire center closed. Have to get refund from Club Support. Not in store. Club Support says i cant go to different club. I can only cancel appointment or reschedule. Club Support Says North Brunswick has no technician right now. I ask, why didnt BJs give me a notification? Or an update by email? Why as a customer can I book an appointment for November if there hasn't been a technician here since Halloween? How can I reschedule if nobody is here? I got mad. But I got a refund. And I am really upset that BJs in 2025 cant turn off the appointment calender or give me an email if something like this comes up.

I took my car in to get new tires put on, after a 4hr wait with nobody else in the waiting room I got my car back with extreme slop in the steering wheel. I was able to turn the wheel from roughly 10 to 2 without the car changing direction which was not the case before. After taking it back I was given a myriad of excuses including but not limited to, new tires cause slop (untrue), it needs an alignment (if true, the vehicle would pull to a side not have slop in the wheel), it was like that when it came in (untrue), the tie rod was broke (oddly specific, and untrue)and that is a normal amount of slop for my car (untrue). I went to speak with a manager who claimed that there was nothing they could do and sent me home with an unsafe car and the possibility of a phone call. With how this was

Manager is the hardest working guy I've seen in recent times... Biggest problem; he is the ONLY one there??? He is cashier, mechanic, customer service and fills propane BBQ tanks!!! Most ridiculous arrangement ever!!! BJs needs to get him some help, yesterday!!!
