BJ's Tire Center

I usually get a decent service here but the speed (or lack of it) is horrible. You wait and wait and wait. The guy who was supposed to fill my propane tank was on the phone, then disappeared for a while then came back and was wandering, then moving cars. No sense of serving the customer on a timely manner

The only real problem I with here is they over torque the lug nuts, claiming it's factory spec's. I suspect they have not had their torque wrench calibrated. I am now replacing the 3rd and 4th stripped wheel studs as wells as the nuts. I do not recommend this place for tires.

(Buyer Beware) Damaged one of my tpms sensors during installation I returned the day after for them to tell me to go to another location , same result so I called back , told me to go to the dealership because they found it “weird”. (Went here and to another Bjs location 4 different times) Waste of time to even bother for a mistake done by them (Pembroke Pines location) Any other tire shop would have fixed the problem they caused on sight . They rather leave customer with new dashboard light, very unprofessional Any other tire shop is better than Bjs tire center (Pembroke pines) don’t go here unless you want an unfinished job & bad service .

I just had an awesome experience at this tire center (BJ’s -Pembroke Pines, FL) and it was all thanks to David (supervisor). He went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you so much! 🚙 🛞

06/25/24 I purchased 4 new tires after waiting for 2 hours with appointment. Next day morning the pressure light turned on and it had been steady on since then. 07/4/24 I took the vehicle back to the store to check and Mynor the tech wants me to come back another day. He had no other vehicle in any of the bays. Last time buying tires from BJs do not recommend
