BJ's Tire Center

This will be our one and only purchase from BJs Tire Center. The experience was unpleasant to say the least. Our original tire request was denied because they are unable to deviate even the most minute amount from the one single size that came stock on our car. Then they double booked our install time, forcing us to wait an additional two weeks to get our tires put on. The one and only employee working took 20 minutes to even get our paperwork done even though we showed up for our appointment a half hour early. A simple mount and balance can be done in less than an hour by even a slow technician. But, this one took almost two and a half. This is a pathetically unprofessional outfit, and we will never come here again.

Terrible service. Had an appointment and they opened 15 minutes late. Employee took 20 minutes to start up compressors and computer, and didnt even acknowledge me or say hello until all of that was done. One guy doing everything, so every phone call or walk in required him to stop working. Four tires replaced, should have been an hour. Took THREE HOURS that i was sitting there waiting. I was late to work. Terrible place, go anywhere else!

Very slow service. The employee seemed unmotivated, unsure of what he was doing, and didn’t respect the appointment time. Overall, I don’t feel confident trusting this place.

The man who helped me was very nice and he patched my tire in less than an hour. He even helped me use my warranty to get a new tire. I've never meet a more polite mechanic.

Extremely rude customer service! They had all my windows open in the rain when they drove my car out of the bay, the mechanic got out and told me "Go on and get." While waving me off. Paid $650 for 4 tire that I should have just bought from Walmart for $450. Sad when Walmart has better customer service in their tire center and most of them aren't even speaking English.
