Not reputable.. made a 3 month wait mistake. Ordered the tires on a cyber Monday sale with installation but Got a Call a month later saying tires were not in... Found out they already Charged me and marked as installed on my account when I never received the tires. Went in to figure this out and was told they came a couple days after ordering back in December and he said "I don't know what happened". We Reordered the tires.. and they tell me it doesn't come with Alignment and tried to sell me little gasket things for the air valve (which I don't know why anyone would install tires without new ones if those are so needed)? I said it doesn't come with an alignment? Buying and Installing tires has downgraded big time. Kindly, Talked to the manager instead because that is a big grievance sin

Terrible customer service in the tire shop. We were told that the tires would be in 3-5 business days. After 7 days we called no answer. We called 3x. The tire place customer service was rude. We canceled the order. Terrible experience.

This is my first year as a BJ's member, and I can only say positive things about the tire center. Recently, my alloy wheel plus tire was damaged and in need of replacement. The damaged tire was quite new and under the BJ's road hazard warranty. I really appreciate Danny's offer of advice/assistance in a more complicated situation, which included finding a replacement alloy wheel from another source so that they could install a new tire. There were a couple of hiccups, but Matt and Cooper were so helpful and spent a lot of time to make sure the tire replacement worked out in the end, syncing with my car. I can't thank them enough for their extra efforts, which allowed me to have a tire replacement at minimal cost. Thank you all SO much!

Extremely professional and fast service. I made an appointment online to have all four of my tires replaced and had an alignment done, and everything went smoothly. I will definitely go back next time I need new tires.

I had a great experience with Matt. I had a slow leak in my tire (I did not purchase them there) He took my car right in and came out to explain the problem. The nail was in the side of the tire, which is hard to patch. He did it and gave me a couple of quotes for new tires. I have been shopping around and their price is by far the better price. I will be getting my tire soon.
