BJ's Tire Center

Just got snow tires put on today. Took the car afterwards to wash it off then brought it home. Only then did I see scratches on all 4 rims. I'm not very happy about this. Tried to call them and ask about it, got no answer. Left a message. This is no good. Not at all. I had higher hopes for BJ's tire center. This is highly disappointing

If I could I would give a zero, asked the only bearded guy there if we have to wait for someone at the tire bay or he would do it and he said to wait for someone a pair of guys come in and he finally decides to come and low behold he can do it he came out knowing we were there and attended the guys before an old man and me with my son. Came to Costco for the propane tank refill instead, really not feeling bjs lately and debating renewing this oct.

2011 F350 Had to buy tires sooner than later thanks to a Tek screw. The gentlemen who ordered them did so without payment to expedite the shipment and cut down one day on a potential 3 day lead time. Showed up that night to pay and they arrived the very next day. Same guy who ordered did the install and the service was top notch. I don't understand all the bad reviews, I highly recommend them.

I stopped in the tire dept to inquire about getting new tires. I was greeted by Sam. He asked me the necessary questions and gave me my options. I made my choice and an appointment to get them put on. It was quick and easy. Thank you Sam

Do not go here totally incompetent. Ruined lug nut and advised didnt have correct tool. Could not remove wheel cause he ruined lug nut but somehow got 3 of 4 wheels off. Put back the 3 and left with nothing done and a wheel with a ruined lug nut COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE
