Dishonest about price, avoid. They charge by the hour and dont tell you price up front even after looking at your car. We booked detailing service for $200 and signed up for extra $100 fee for dog hair. When we met them, the lady stared explaining that because of dog hair it just starts at $100 and she cant tell me how much it will cost until its done and that it can be $500-1,500 because it will take 4 hours to get all the hair out! When I questioned it, she said their website listed "starts at $100" which is a lie (see photo). Nowhere in terms and conditions it says that either. We walked away and got a refund. We found a different place to detail for a fixed price of $300. Paying someone by hour to clean your car is a scam.

BKW did an incredible job on my SUV! When they were finished, even my kids remarked that it looked brand new again. I can be pretty picky and they hit every detail. The interior was spotless and the paint, rims and exterior details sparkled. Even better, they were easy to work with as flexible with scheduling a time to come over. I'll definitely use their service again!!

There service here was 10/10 Audrey and Brian know their stuff and my vehicle was in good hands. They were able to remove all the nasty stains from my vehicles seats to where they almost looked new. If you are looking for a reliable place to get your car detailed properly this is the place to go!
