BLACK HILLS PRO WASH

Very positive experience. 5th wheel looks brand new. It looks better than when we purchased it. Highly recommend Black Hills Pro Wash. They are based out of Rapid City, SD. We are staying in Custer, SD and they traveled up here to get our 5th Wheel washed, waxed and roof treated. Thank you fellas!!

Always had a great experience getting my camper washed. Flexible schedules and top of the line work and customer service. Will definitely be hiring again to get my RV washed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid for the premium wash with a ceramic coating. They were over an hour late and didn't bother calling. Once they got here, they failed to wash the roof. When I asked why, they said there was some note not to. We never said that. Okay, sometimes stuff like that happens. But they maybe spent 5-10 minutes on the roof in total and left a bunch of dirty water on the slide toppers. Overall, they spent maybe 45 minutes total. One kid was on his phone half the time. They would not remove any hard water spots so basically we got those water spots ceramic coated in. Also, the owner said he charges twice what others do, and that it was our fault for not going with another company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I've never left a rating like this for an

Meet them washing another camper and scheduled them to do ours, very reasonable and did an excellent job!

The owner got back to me right away on information to get their platinum package done on my 40’ toy hauler. For the price they charged for even the top of the line package, I then had to have them do my truck & motorcycle too at the same time! This is one happy camper here in Sturgis!
