My wife and I were wanting to sell our camper. After talking it over we decided to find a place that took consignment campers. After some research I went over to see Dee and Tom. They walked me through their process and how ads are placed, a PDI would be done and that they would handle all the paperwork. We decided that Dee and Tom were the right people to sell our camper though. After figuring out what the camper was realistically worth they put it up for sale. With in a few weeks the camper sold. Dee from Black Hills RV stole my manual out of my camper and refused to give it back when I wouldn’t sell it to her in and her husband. Then she threatened to send me a 700 dollar invoice to get it back. Never do business with these people. I contacted the local police and they suggested calling the original manufacturer to get a new copy. I had the title in my hand while they were looking at it and only she spoke to me while her “husband” paced and I couldn’t keep an eye on him. They came to my property in Sturgis. I’m without words of how horrible these people are.

We worked with Tom and Dee to help us sell our travel trailer and they were wonderful! They did everything that they promised and were very professional. If we ever decide to buy another RV we will definitely call on them first!

Stopped by with friends while my van was in the shop. Was looking to move up a class. This couple had no interest in selling anything. Had to convince them to show us insides and they knew anything about what was on their lot. Seems sketchy to me.

Worked with Tom on our very first RV purchase. Extremely helpful and friendly. Easy to work with and he did a pretty thorough walk thru for us with the RV.
