Kind and trustworthy. I had a bad day due to neglecting the sound my brakes were making on my truck for 2 weeks. I was trying to finish a job and on the last day the brakes completely went. I was far from home and limped in to Blackhorse Auto Service. I explained my situation and the owner put me at ease. He completed the whole job the same day and gave me a very reasonable price. Many places would have seen my situation as a one time price gouge since I wasn’t from the area, was stuck, and I would have had to pay it. I recently moved much closer and have no need to look for a reliable and honest mechanic :)

We came to this dealership ready to buy a car at the full asking price, the same price listed on the vehicle and by the seller. We were told the owner had rejected lower offers, so we made it clear we were willing to pay exactly what was being asked. Then they said the owner didn’t have the title and that we’d have to wait. When they finally followed up, we were told the owner no longer wanted to sell the car and would be taking it back. However, the car is still sitting there, and now it’s listed online for $5,000 more than before. We have screenshots showing the original price and the updated listing. As buyers, we feel completely misled and lied to. The experience was unprofessional, confusing, and frustrating. We would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Brought a car from them in 2020 car had a issue at the beginning owner stated he would fix it and he definitely did payments was great smooth transaction now car went to my son going back this week to purchase a 2nd time I trust them here as from previous experience I know I'm not going to be ripped off

Have bought a car from here twice and never had any issues the first time I ever tried to buy from a dealership I ended up with issues I’ve never had when I come to Cesar so I now don’t buy cars anywhere else I love the customer service and they will work with you all prices are fair and I recommend this dealership to anybody anytime

I bought a 2010 Subaru Forester with 89k from Cesar. The process was smooth, I had found the car online and when I walked in Cesar knew what car it was right away. Checked it over, test drove it with Cesar and we took it to 70 mph. Made my offer,$3k down and dealer financing for 21 months , $6500 was a very fair price for this car given it's condition and full maintenance records. Seamless, Brianna in the office was great. They're building a new facility which is looking great. Highest recommendations.
