On Friday, I went to another tire place close to my house with a very bad flat tire, and unfortunately the receptionist there was rude and disrespectful. She directed me to Tire Connections Auto Repair, so I carefully drove there instead. That ended up being a blessing. Mr. Scott immediately noticed how upset I was after my previous experience and took the time to listen. He explained that they don’t repair tires at that location and that I would need to go to their other shop on the other side of town. However, he still offered to check my tire first. After realizing how serious the problem was, he asked me to wait and repaired my tire right there using his own personal equipment!!! If I could leave 6 stars, I would. Black Mountain Tire Connection just provided a way above-average level of customer service. There was a little mixup about the tires I wanted, and they not only made it right but completely won me over in the process. Small town feel, great service, highly recommend.

Always a solid experience! I’ve been taking my car here for oil changes and tire/alignment work for 5 years now. Never an issue and they’re always honest and transparent with their work.

Could not be more happy with the friendly service and awesome work done at Black Mountain Tire Connection! My daughter is away at college and they have take great care of her every time we had an issue with her car. They are very honest and trustworthy and for a momma 2 hours away....I couldn't thank y'all enough!

Visiting the mountains fir the weekend and my rental car picked up a leak. These guys were awesome, got me fixed up and back on the road in 20 minutes. Wish I lived closer and could give them a lot more business! Thank you so much!
