Product arrived as described and packed well. They included a bunch of extra swag in the box! There was an issue with USPS shipping, but that was not the fault of the Black Ops Team. When the package was delayed I reached out for info. Ian was quick to get back to me and was aware of the USPS problem. They shipped a replacement when it appeared the first one was lost and sent me a new tracking number. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this business.

I’ve put the Black Ops Machine ball joints through some serious punishment—mud, snow, rocks, you name it—and they’ve held up like absolute champs. I Can’t say it Loud enough; these products are Top notch & they have Great/Friendly Service! Black Ops Machine has Top Tier Quality, and without a doubt the type of Company you want to work with & spend your Hard earned money with! I’m from the South and get to be around a lot of company’s that sell similar products; but yet they just aren’t made the same as Black ops Machine. Give them a shot, I promise you won’t regret it!
