Black Owl Garage exceeded my expectations! Bailey was kind and extremely patient with me as we walked around my car and I rambled about what I have (and haven't) done over the past 5 years owning it. As a woman, who knows very little about cars, I am always a little skeptical of what the shop will find however Bailey said up front he thought it would be very little work needed but offered to do a thorough look. I picked my car up the next day, with a very minimal bill and the assurance my car was good to go. I will be using Bailey for any future mechanic needs and will refer him to anyone who asks!
