I can’t say enough good things about Black Sheep Automotive and Collision. Mike went above and beyond in every way. From the first call, the customer service was outstanding. I texted him the specs, and he got me booked the same week without any back-and-forth or runaround. On top of that, Mike took care of a paint issue for free, which speaks volumes about how this shop treats its customers. Communication was clear, the work was clean, and I felt taken care of the entire time. They did an excellent job on my 2018 Infiniti Q60, and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. This place is my one and only choice in Pensacola. If you want quality work and real customer service, this is it.

A lady sideswiped my car, so I took it to three different paint shops. Two of them said the car needed to be repainted and gave me very expensive quotes ($4K-$8K). They were also trying to push me to use insurance so they could get more money as the insurance companies pay good, which would have also resulted in a hit on my car’s record. I took it to Mike instead, and he said it could be buffed out. After spending $500, the car looks brand new. No paint needed!

I found a mechanic/body shop that I can recommend without any reservations, Mike and Trey took care of my car and took care of me. I have dealt with many shops in the last 50 years of vehicle ownership. Black Sheep Automotive has the best people with phenomenal skill sets. Whether you are getting a full engine rebuild or collision repair and paint you will be impressed with the quality and customer care. They kept my cars for over 8 years, charged me over 60k and gave it back to me in peices with their paint bubbling and flaking all over. I was told I'd have to pay them to redo their own work, I paid more, and they still wouldn't/ couldn't get it done. After 2+ years of it sitting and being told I had to wait on them, they then told me they were going out of business and I had 2 weeks to "get my shit out". So I did, lots of parts missing and damaged. they also damaged things while working on the car (broke my windshield and burned up my rear end after sending it to dyno with no fluid in it). Overall, this shop was a complete waste of time, money, and energy. I'm now paying another shop to strip the car and redo all the "work" they did. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED. Mike and his staff are beyond helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They helped me, advised me and worked with me through my repair and I cannot thank them enough. If you want your vehicle treated right and have the best quality work done choose this shop.
