These guys are awesome. They got us in & made the repairs so fast! We were 400 miles from home & lost the belt unexpectedly. We were not financially prepared for this visit ... but these guys worked with us on getting paid & were so patient & understanding. I am so grateful for their time & good work!!

To say we are impressed is an understament! If in need of service do not hesitate to call them! As we were towing our camper from MN to AZ our truck lost power after 9 PM on the 335 about twenty minutes from Emporia. When we called Williams Towing for help ( which was also incrediabke service!) they asked where we wanted the truck taken to and mentioned they also had a shop. So we went with that. And we are so glad we did. They kindly let us drop our camper in their lot by an electric hookup and just stay there for the night. It was diagnosed first thing in the morning it was a faulty alternator, we just had the alternator replaced last March but these things happen. My car engine quit on the turnpike during Thanksgiving trip from TX to Iowa. It was towed to Blackcreek Sunday morning. They looked at it early Monday and determined it wasn't drivable. I set up an appointment to tow it to the dealership in Wichita as it was under warranty. They were very helpful and accommodating since i was stuck in Emporia for 2 days with no rental cars available. Great customer service.
