We wish we could put more than five stars! We were moving to a new home and using BlackJack's Uhaul service but were having trouble with the Uhaul app after business hours. We lucked out and the owner was still around working late and went above and beyond to help us. He was very kind to us and showed us what to know about the truck even though they clearly had a long day already.

Brad is one of the most respectful and helpful people we have met and helped us tremendously. Highly recommend

I will NEVER call them again for anything. First, they couldn't actually fix my car, then they didn't manage to get the vehicle towed to someone that could. So I had to arrange for someone else to tow it. Said would only charge me $250 + tax and not charge for the diagnostic, but the total came to $389+. I will never call them again, nor will I ever recommend them! After their response I just have to reply to demonstrate their ability to LIE to customers - they did NOT at ANY time offer to tow my vehicle anywhere else for free! In fact, they REFUSED to tow it anywhere & wouldn't take my card or check or cash payment!! Makes it really hard to pay for ANYTHING when they refuse to accept it!! Just remember - they do know how to lie, even if they do NOT know how to treat customers!!

Excellent customer service. My boat trailer experienced a blowout at 1130pm on saturday night. Caleb was careful with my boat. Trasported to their lot. Didn't charge daily fees. Changed tires. And provided Excellent customer service. I would recommend them to any and everyone of my loved ones.
