DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL PRESSURE YOU INTO UPSALES AND RIP YOU OFF! Former mechanic here. Came in for simple front end alignment on my F80 M3. I noticed the technician adjusting the rear and immediately ran out to intervene but it was too late, adjustments were already made. While adjusting the rear (unrequested), the technician and service writer would not let me leave without replacing one of the rear tires (did not need to be replaced immediately). I bought the upsale of 2 tires so the rear tires match. Tires were well overpriced but again, wasn’t allowed to leave. Upon leaving after being there for over 3 hours, I noticed the alignment was still off, just now the steering wheel is off in the other direction but still pulling hard in the same direction. Had a flat while we were visiting and found it was a cracked rim. Tyler and the team when over and beyond to help get me back on the road. Was so friendly and accommodating was shocking this customer service still existed. What a great team the owner of Blacks should be proud of the team. Tyler is a champion in my books! I wish I could do more than 5 stars! They also a do big wheels and tires

The team was great. They installed my new tires, no problems at all. They balanced the tires great! Dropped the truck off in the morning and was ready to go by noon! Thanks guy.

I ordered one tire and had it replaced quickly due to a flat. A few weeks later, I returned to replace the other three with no issues at all. The entire staff was professional, listened to my needs, and made the process easy. Prices were reasonable, and the whole experience was smooth from the start. I'd definitely recommend them.

They got me in very quickly on short notice and thoroughly looked in to the issue I was having with my tire. I was surprised how quickly it was all done despite the fact that they were obviously busy. Plus, as girl you always hear the urban legend about car places trying to sell you things you don’t need and I’m happy to report that at least in my experience here that legend can be debunked lolol
