The service is extremely overpriced I was quoted $1800 plus tax total of $2000 for my front brakes and rotors and was also I should do other service because I would eventually need to do them even though my vehicle was running perfectly fine. I chose not to do anything and went somewhere else and was only charged $680 for the front brakes and rotors. I will no longer be using Blackstone Chevrolet for the simple fact that you get ripped off.

Bought my jeep here. I come here for my oil changes, they take very good care of their customers. Unlike the official jeep dealer down the street.

Our service advisor was very friendly and super knowledgeable. They were aware of the issue I was having with my truck. I've got a flight tomorrow morning to the east coast, and was expecting the dealer to just order parts and schedule it for repairs in a few weeks. Not the case, at all. They are trying to repair it right now. I'm very happy so far with the whole experience here.

All they want is numbers, they don’t sell quality cars. Been having my car for less then 6mon and already having issues and they just brush you off they don’t really want to see what’s wrong with it! I should’ve just paid 3k to fix my 2012 GMC and not deal with defected 2024 car.
