I came here twice once to ask a few questions they were very nice and helpful. Second time I came they help me with a wheel I had issues with. Over all great service. I am going back soon to get my wheels mounted and fitted correctly.

I rarely leave reviews, but the team here truly earned it. I recently bought a truck with a McGaughys lift kit and AMP Research power steps already installed, and honestly, I had no clue how to maintain the kit or what else the previous owner might’ve added to the truck. I actually called McGaughys directly, and they told me to come to this location to have certified work done, and I’m glad I did. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—not just with me, but with everyone in the shop. I went to Blackstone Tire for an alignment and had a great experience. They got me in and out in under an hour, which was awesome. The staff was really knowledgeable and easygoing, making everything easy. They gave me a great deal on the alignment and even took the time to give me some quotes for tires and a lift without any pushy sales tactics. Overall, the customer service was fantastic. I’ll definitely be going back to them from now on. Highly recommend!

I usually dont leave review but it just been bothering me and also want other to know. Recently, I took my car to get an alignment because my steering wheel was slightly turn to the left after I lowered my car. Told them to make sure to straighting out the steering wheel before they got started. After they were done, I took the car for a test drive and the steering wheel was still off.
