Satisfied! Thank you Alex Ramirez! I bought my car in Selma and added the unlimited oil change package. I live in Fresno right down the street from Blackstone Toyota. I scheduled service here cause it’s closer. Alex informed me that the package was only for Selma and I’d have to get it done there I was completely upset given I talked to them yesterday and made it known I bought the car in Selma. He seen how upset I explained that I was leaving town in a couple hours. Alex hooked me up with the oil change and made my day! Great service brotha!! Thank you!
