This was my second visit to Blackwell Auto.This time was an Air Valve Assembly on top of the engine. I’d consider this a “unique problem and fix” they handled timely. I appreciate a place I can take my Toyota that I know the estimate and the time allotted will be reasonable.

First car I brought to Blackwell 03 Pilot needed more work than I was willing to put into it at the time. They were very polite and understanding when I declined. After that I brought in my Taco for a new clutch. Was reasonably priced and very quick turn around. Great communication through out the entire process. Had a small issue that was immediately corrected once discovered. I Will be bringing them my Tundra soon.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Blackwell Automotive. I had a rattling/popping noise coming from underneath my Tacoma. They spent a good 3 hours meticulously taking everything apart around the area the noise was.. Despite their efforts they couldn’t find anything wrong. They put it all back together and didn’t charge me a single dime, even though I offered to pay them for their time. I brought the truck home and haven’t heard the noise again (knock on wood). I’m convinced that something must have been loose and they tightened everything up nicely when they reassembled it. I was amazed at their exceptional and genuine service. Kudos to the team at Blackwell Automotive..

I saw Blackwell on TLCs My 600lb life, they gave a family a rental at no cost to get to the hospital. That was so wonderful! I live in Georgia, but if I ever visit TN, im definitely bringing my car by. I was deeply impressed.
