Friendly, courteous & professional staff, from phone to appointment. Called transportation from & to for me. Kept me informed on the work, pricing, & time allotment on my vehicle. I have been taking my trucks and cars to Blackwell for 13 to 15 years, both for personal and my contracting business. They have always treated me professional, I feel like they are like my extended family and I have watched them grow over the years. There work is done right the first time, and there prices are fare. I have a classic car (55 Tbird) that was serviced by Lance. I read all the good reviews so I thought I would try Blackwell. Blackwell took care of transmission seal leak, upgraded carb (had a manifold adapter plate specially made, for the carb, wow), replaced worn engine mounts, tapped differential case, and gave it a thorough going over. Lance knows what he is doing when it comes to classic cars. And the team at Blackwell was very responsive. I now feel I can drive my classic car w confidence and that it wont stall on me in critical situations. I couldn't be happier that I found Blackwell Auto.
After my mechanic of 25 years retired i needed to find a new one. Had used Blackwell in the past so decided to use them.Took a truck in to have it fixed. Honest with great service. They communicated with me the problem and got it fixed the same day. Highly recommend. Nice to see they still do great work with great service.
