I paid for the premium car wash service and the results were completely unacceptable. They arrived late and stayed until after sunset, which already made the service feel rushed. When they left, it was obvious the job was not done properly when I checked the next morning. There was greasy residue left on the windows, making them worse than before. The cup holders, middle console, and back seat chairs were not cleaned at all, and the rims still had visible dirt. This is not even basic-level service, let alone premium. I am attaching photos that clearly show what was left undone. What makes this worse is the lack of accountability afterward. I’m thrilled with this company’s service! They take great care in leaving cars spotless. I requested a full wash and interior detailing because my seats had tough stains, and they exceeded my expectations. My car looks like it just came out of the dealership. From my very first call, Ms. Lisa was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Even though appointments are normally required, she went out of her way to fit me in last minute. Vincent, the operator, did an outstanding job, his attention to detail on both the interior and exterior was impressive.
