I went yesterday 2/5/26 for a problem in my suspension, I thought the guys would take a couple of hours to find out the problem, but in less than 20 minutes and they were able to fix it in less than an hour, the attention of the guys was great, they were attentive and kind to me although I don't speak English very well, about the prices I think they are very fair taking into account the speed and quality of the work I will definitely go again!

Did the drive-thru order in Madison Stoughton Road. Best customer service I've had there. He was very informative he helped out a lot to make sure I had the right item before I left the store. I did not get his name but that man should get a raise Stoughton Road Madison Wisconsin!

Had to make an appointment a couple weeks in advance but it was worth the wait. Good tires at a good price except they charged $20/tire for "warranty" I didn't even notice untill I looked closer at the bill later. I probably could have called to take it off but decided to keep it, I hope I'll never have to use it but at least it is there if I do, plus I got a rebate from the tire company that offset the cost! The only downside of the experience was that I choose to wait by walking around in the store while the work was done... And ended up spending like an extra $100 on stuff I probably didn't need🙄. Good tire center though.

I came in for a wheel alignment, after it was done I was told I needed new control arms since the bushings were torn. I went home and took a look myself, along with a certified technician friend. We put the car on jacks and everything was in order, no tears in bushings or boots in sight. The wheel had no play, or the control arms or anything else. We confirmed everything was alright. We even saw the control arms were OEM from 2022 about 17,000 miles ago. So basically I paid the full price of an alignment just for it to appear as “checked alignment” on CarFax history, they basically just scammed me out of my money.
