On a visit to upstate NY (from southern Ontario), I noticed that one of my tires had a slow leak. I brought my Subaru to Tedford's Auto and they repaired my rear tire the same day without charging me an arm or leg. Friendly, honest hardworking people; services provided at reasonable prices. Can't ask for more! Highly recommended.
I am on my third time here for service since moving to NY and they have been amazing each and every time. From the exceptional customer service to the outstanding work they do on the vehicle. I am truly impressed with what kind of business they run and how they treat you and your vehicle there!
Great shop! I was in the area and had a breakdown on my pickup at 5:00 p.m. on a Thursday evening. these guys got the vacuum pump and belt ordered and installed it, had me back on the road within 2 hours! The bill was very reasonable as well! A great job guys! Keep up the good work!
They are very busy, so plan on scheduling a week and a half before you need anything, but I needed a power steering pump repair. I needed to leave it for 2 days and a morning because it was an 8 hour job. They ended up coming in $100 less than what they quoted me on because they got it done quickly, and they were very responsive. The guy at the front even gave me a ride back home so I didn't have to walk. Great service and I can feel the difference in how the car drives. I'm so happy to have this done!
