Where to begin? We have had relations with Blanchard for more than 15 years. These folks go the extra mile! Ultimately us, the consumer, are responsible for proper coverage. Their guidance and education is unmatched. They take the time to ensure we understand the policy and coverages and advise us accordingly. The owner, Steve’s Angleton manager, Amanda is a true gem! She is patient, kind , loyal, consistent and has never rushed me or made me feel unappreciated. Over the years we have added our business insurance with the Brandi at the Kemah location… same AMAZING customer service! Thank you Steve, for continuing to deliver the small town customer service in this ever changing crazy economy and offering reasonably priced insurance coverage.
I love how they always make sure we are satisfied with our insurance and that all our insurance needs are met.
