I would give ZERO stars if I could. In decades of driving, this is easily the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I have a free oil change package with them and would rather pay elsewhere because they’ve messed up and lied so many times. A few examples: 1) The dealership sold me a car with coolant water down to the point of freezing at 0°F. For those of you who don’t know, it is supposed to freeze around -35°. This resulted in a very costly tow and I had to replace the coolant— the dealership did nothing to take responsibility. 2) They have broken my drain plug TWICE resulting in oil leaks. 3) One of the technicians warned me that I was about to have a catastrophic oil leak from a gasket around the oil pressure sensor and that in his estimation, I only had a 50-50 shot of m

I feel like I Have a brand new car! The turbo Charger went on it after 1 year of owning car. The car always ran like crap and I was advised by friends to return it, that there was something wrong. They were right because MY CAR IS driving amazing since repair. I dont even mind pressing gas...haha Thanks for fixing my car and earning my trust again.

Service dept is a joke. I recently brought my 2016 Cadillac ATS in to check on a CEL and do an oil change. They told me that I needed $1500 worth of front and rear brake work. Note that I did not ask them to look at my brakes, and 4 months earlier I had just myself replaced the rear brake pads and examined and found the front pads to be nowhere near needing replacement. The best part is that 3 weeks later I take my car into Town Fair Tire to check on a TPMS light, only to discover that when Blasius "checked" my brakes, they swapped my wheels, so that my wider rear wheels were now on the front of the car. This is the final straw for me after years of issues including a broken side skirt on my brand new Z06 Corvette, greasy fingerprints on windows and interior, forgetting to reinstall the ch
