I brought my car in for an oil change and because it was leaking coolant. While the news wasn't good, the time and care Tony and Darcy took with me was wonderful. I was shown exactly what was wrong, given a detailed list of what they recommended being done now and what could wait. I didn't feel like I was being talked down to or taken advantage of. Both things that have happened at other locations. I won't go anywhere else for my car services now. I'm grateful to have found a company that's honest and actually cares about their customers. Thank you Darcy and Tony for being so wonderful, caring, and sharing your knowledge!

As soon as I took my vehicle to Blazek the first time I knew I would never go any place else. I met Darcy and she explained how their shop is built on honesty and ensuring women never get ripped off at a mechanic ever again. I had just gotten a long list of "fixes" that the dealer recommended. I took it to Blazek for a 2nd opinion. They gave me a detailed explication, including images, and showed me how yes some things were legitimate fixes and others weren't. They saved me about $700. My entire family will be going to Blazek for every thing from oil changes to used car inspections before buying kiddo their first car.

I am beyond disappointed in this place what a joke . Charged my 79 year father over $300 for a diagnostic. Then kept the car for three days because she went on vacation. Without telling us we would be out of a vehicle. My daughter paid to have a pre purchase inspection $200 checked out no major problems they said . Then less than a week later after purchase two flat tires .wrong size tires..how do you miss that? Guess tires aren't important. For a company that stands behind honest service, and not taking advantage you have fallen short.

Wow. I have a 2010 hatchback. Before I brought it into Blazek, I thought my engine was going to stall out just waiting for red lights to change. After Blazek worked on it, it runs so quiet and smooth that when they showed it to me after service, I didn't even realize it was running. More than the fantastic work, these are all very nice people. It's a family business. Tony took time to drive with me to make sure all of my concerns were addressed both before and after servicing. The technicians were all very nice and very obviously took well deserved pride in their work. Sandii in the front office got me in same day on a Friday afternoon when I initially needed to come in. Blazek Automotive is hands down the best service for getting work done on your car. They give you all the details and pictures and treat you with respect and care. Definitely recommend them!
