Customer service and experience is great. They are all super nice guys. The quality of the detail was sub-par. I purchased the platinum package. When I got home, I noticed that the door consoles and center consoles were not properly wiped down and my seats were not cleaned. I brought this to Mario’s attention with pictures. He had me return and he redid the vehicle and told me it now had his stamp of approval. I got home and was astonished to find the same dirty door consoles. He again apologized for “not being perfect” and asked what they could do but I don’t have time to invest in any more corrections.

Unfortunate experience with Blaine. Tensions grew when I saw that he and his crew were rushing and he used a clay bar like he was quickly scrubbing rust off a pot and was not making sure to cover each section entirely. He also said that it was unnecessary to wash the car before using the clay bar, which I believe is untrue and can lead to damaging the car exterior. Miscommunication around our decided meet-up time and payment lead to a verbal conflict during which he threatened me with violence. He was upset that he drove to Beltsville for the service, but their shop is full, and, when I offered to meet closer to them, they said this was fine because it was “near where they were going” and they would need a self-serve car wash to complete the exterior work. I had a great experience with Bling Brothers. They arrived on time in freezing temperature. Despite that, they didn’t skip one spot that needs to be cleaned! Great work ethic. They no longer work in the garage, instead the loading dock which they obtained authorization from the building management in case you find it strange like myself did in the beginning because the photos in previous reviews had been taken inside the garage

My car was so covered in sap you could barely tell the color any more. These guys did a fantastic job the car looks great. Thanks!

We set an appointment for Jan. 31, 2022. As we got to their 5333 Connecticut Ave. address we were a little suspect that a detailing place was located in the underground parking garage for a condo. Much to our surprise we were floored at the results. Our GLA 250 haven’t been really cleaned for several years. When we picked up our car, we couldn’t believe our eyes it was brand new. The car was meticulously cleaned in every crevice. All upholstery was cleaned and treated, ditto for floor mats and tires. Outside the car gleamed. All for a very reasonable price. I will be back for all my car cleaning needs. Highly recommend!!!
