Traveling home to Iowa from a trip to Florida, 9:30 P.M. and was able to get a hold of the crew, get towed by Ace which I would also highly recommend but by 10 A.M. the next day was already getting answers to a last minute fix on an alternator replacement. He didn't jerk me around trying to get me to buy a bunch of parts I didn't need and he was 10/5 ★ on getting my car in and started quickly to try and get us back on the road. Shop was super clean, the mechanics were all great to talk with and super helpful, and the cost was not overinflated especially being from out of town and needing service last minute. Absolutely 10/5 ★ service and experience here at Blitzkrieg German! Post Script the two four legged shop hands were a welcome presence also!

An honest shop that truly looks out for their customers and provides fair pricing. The entire team is very professional, personable and takes the time to ensure you understand what work needs to be completed and why. The owner goes above and beyond with communication and ensures you’re happy with their service. Their waiting room is nice and clean as is the restroom. I was delighted to see they also have feminine products for in the restroom which I appreciate as I tend to have either my wife or daughter with me on most ventures. I brought my car to Blitzkrieg German Auto for front and rear brake pads and rotors. Right after the work was done I started hearing noises when driving and braking. A week later I took it back for them to check. They pulled one wheel off, told me the noise was from the shims touching, and said they couldn’t fix it that day because the tool they needed was in another car. They told me it was safe to drive until Monday. Two days later I found out the caliper/cradle bolt on that same wheel was missing. I had the car taken to Mercedes-Benz of Macon where they told me the wrong brake pads had been put on, possibly the wrong rotors too, and would need to be replaced. I asked the owner to pay me back for what I had to spend fixing their mistakes and they refused.

We are from out of state, broke down & needed a new alternator. They got us in as quick as possible didn't jack up prices just cuz we're in a jam. They were super friendly & have amazing customer service. Thankful for these guys!
