Bloch & Shelton Garage

I took my truck here a week ago before I post this review. I will have to say that this is my new favorite shop. I use to take my truck to another location in Rubidoux. Which always did honest work. But lately their price range is out of my budget. I needed a new water pump and thermostat. I called a few other places and one location quoted me about 20 bucks cheaper then what Bloch & Shelton quoted. But I went with Bloch & Shelton because of the fact that he mentioned a warranty of two years or 24K miles. They were honest when they would be finish with the service. They sent me photos of other parts that were recommended to be replaced. I ended up getting my radiator replaced as well. So they get a 5 star for service and communication. They are very knowledgeable and do good, clean work for a reasonable price! An honest garage is a rare thing. Highly reccomend them!

Wonderful people that assisted me with my car! I have a 2019 Mustang GT that was having odd issues, but the team here was amazing help and had it diagnosed and fixed the same day! I will be returning for any future work 100%.

Aside from doing good, dependable, solid work, the staff at Bloch And Shelton are thee most honest and forthright people I’ve ever dealt with in this field. I always leave feeling like I left friends. If you need a trustworthy establishment for your vehicle, they are your Go to. The auto repair Industry is full of people who take advantage of customers. This shop is not one of them. They are legitimate and you’ll know upon engagement. Such nice folks who do amazing work.

1 star for polite service. But politeness won't keep us safe while driving my NOW broken car. Thought I found my new go-to-mechanic... Nope! Brought my 2004 gasoline Dodge in for a routine oil change. The day after the service, my engine was bubbling and the oil light came on! A week later, my engine light came on and is staying on, the radiator bone dry. My young son and I were stranded ON THE FREEWAY ON THANKSGIVING DAY! I brought up the fact, to Emil, that I've never had such problems since owning the vehicle. He was shocked and didn't have any answers. His "fix" was to leave my car, drain the coolant, drive my car, and repeat until ALL the coolant was drained.... This would BURN my engine! NEVER, NEVER going to this place again.
