I didn't get a service but they gave me an honest estimate and I put on the damage on my bumper (very minor ding and I was looking for an honest opinion). The shop gave me a realistic estimate for the fix and offered me a more reasonable alternative to fixing the ding. I didn't use them, but their honesty, transparency and friendliness what appreciated. If I ever do need their services I will be returning.

I had the pleasure of working directly with Chris, Jay, and Dominic throughout my repair. To no fault of Blue Ash Auto Body, the parts for my vehicle took over 5 months to receive. I visited Blue Ash Auto Body because I got into an accident over the weekend and my whole front bumper fell off. Where do I even begin? The moment I arrived at the shop I was greeted by Jay S. Jay's knowledge, courtesy, and friendliness were like a breath of fresh air, and he patiently answered all my questions (and trust me, there were many). He walked me through the repair process and gave me an estimate for parts arrival and completion date (6-8 weeks total). Jay even gave me a tour of the facility. Because I had a rental, I had to continuously follow up with the shop, and was given adequate answers to help with the planning. In reality, it took a total of five weeks.
