Bought a 2024 Brinkley and the service was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly personable and easy to work with. Miles was an awesome sales guy—straightforward, helpful, and never pushy. Marshall handled the finance side smoothly, and we had some awesome conversations throughout the process. Overall, a great experience!

Wonderful experience with our purchase! They really did go above and beyond. Miles (sales) was a breath of fresh air to work with. He was very communicative and got us a great deal! Honest and respectful. Sarge (finance) was super friendly and honest as well. Ryan (mechanic) was honest and walked up through our camper and was VERY patient with us. Answered all of our questions. Overall, everyone here was friendly and honest and we will definitely recommend them in the future to our friends and family.

Had a great experience at Blue Compass Avondale buying our new travel trailer. Our sales guy Derek took the time to understand our interests and our “must haves” to show us a bunch on options and we found our perfect match! Also appreciate the extra efforts by Jake (GM) and Marshall (Finance) who helped to add on the finishing touches which provided a great overall experience. My Airstream burned down while in their shop for a simple fridge repair, and the dealership refused to take responsibility. An investigation later confirmed they failed to reconnect the propane line, which caused the fire and the total loss of my RV. This mistake could have killed my pets or my family if it had happened while we were inside or traveling. No manager ever reached out, no apology, and no accountability. My insurance company had to run a full investigation just to prove they were at fault because the dealership wouldn’t step up. Brody shows up with the whole Southern cowboy look, but don’t let that fool you. Behind the hat was a clear lack of honesty and ownership throughout the entire situation. I never received straight answers or professionalism—just deflection. Terrible

We only planned to browse, but we ended up buying a travel trailer the very next day! We're absolutely thrilled with our new RV and can't wait to hit the road for some camping adventures. Sarg was super understanding and really got what we needed for our family. And Marshall was amazing, guiding us through everything and wrapping up the deal perfectly!
