I brought my 2020 Winnebago Navion in on Thursday 12/18 for a scheduled wait appointment oil change and quick checkup to prepare for a trip to Florida. After sitting in the lobby for over an hour and a half, I was told they couldn’t change the oil because they didn’t have full synthetic oil in stock and asked me to bring the RV back the next morning. Seriously? There are multiple auto parts stores within a couple miles. I was irritated, but agreed because I just wanted the service done before our trip. I returned Friday morning at 9:30 AM, waited again, and finally left around 11:45 AM after paying the bill. The cost for an oil change and “complimentary inspection” was steep—at that price I could have taken it to a Mercedes dealer—but I was paying for peace of mind before a long trip. Th

DO NOT BUY A CAMPER FROM THIS PLACE unless you want poor customer service, long repair wait times, and one headache after another. After buying a BRAND NEW motorhome, we have had nothing but one obstacle after another. Customer service is non-existent. We left multiple messages for so many members of the staff that were never returned. Do not trust them with your money or your service needs. We regret buying here, and definitely warn others to go elsewhere!! Seriously...don't do it...you will be sorry!!!!
